• All deposits or milestone payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the signed contract.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

• Manufacturer warranties apply to products such as panels, inverters, and batteries. Installation workmanship warranties are provided per project agreement.
• We make no guarantees about future energy production, utility incentives, or rate savings, as these depend on third-party factors.
• The website is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind—express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Box Solar, LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our website, products, or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may receive consultation confirmations and reminders; installation scheduling updates; project and installation status updates; estimate follow-ups and invoice notifications; promotional offers and free estimate announcements; and solar incentive updates, EV charging specials, and company updates.
• Message frequency. Frequency varies. You may receive up to 4–6 messages per month depending on active projects and promotions.
• Opt out. You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to (435) 890-3570. After you text STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
• Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@greenbox-solar.com or (435) 890-3570.
• Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Message & data rates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to and from us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
