How the Reliance Panel works
Whole-home backup without the whole-home price tag.
Built for portable backup
Use a compatible battery or generator to keep selected circuits powered during an outage. We confirm the source, inlet, cord, and load plan before installation.
You pick the circuits
It wires directly into your existing subpanel. When the power goes out, you plug your source into the Reliance Panel and choose exactly which circuits to keep running.
Hours of backup
Even a small portable generator should power your essentials for 3+ hours depending on the load — plenty to keep the food cold, the house warm, and a few lights on.
A fraction of whole-home cost
Get real outage protection for a fraction of the tens of thousands that whole-home backup systems cost.

What the install includes
We mount the Reliance Panel and wire it to one existing subpanel, right next to the circuits you want backed up — a clean, tidy install like the example shown.
The prices here cover that standard install. If your setup is different — say a separate upstairs and downstairs panel and you want circuits from both backed up — that's a custom job. Reach out and we'll put together a quote for it.
